How long will my order take?
Because each item is custom-printed just for you, there are two stages: production and delivery.
- Production: roughly 2–5 working days to print and finish your garment.
- Delivery: roughly 2–4 working days by courier once it leaves production.
Most orders arrive within 4–9 working days of payment clearing. You'll get an email when your order is confirmed and again when it ships.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to physical addresses across all nine provinces of South Africa — city centres, suburbs, and outlying towns. We currently do not ship outside South Africa.
Tracking your order
Every order has a unique reference. You can check its status any time from the link in your order confirmation email, and we email you again the moment it's handed to the courier.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, so you always see the exact amount before you pay — no surprises after the fact.
