What is TRUEF Studios?
TRUEF Studios is a South African custom apparel studio. You design your own t-shirts, hoodies and caps in a live 3D studio in your browser, and we print each one to order and ship it to you.
How does designing my own garment work?
Open the design studio, choose a garment and colour, then add your own image or pick one of our ready-made designs. You'll see it rendered on a real 3D garment you can spin and inspect before you buy. When you're happy, add it to your cart and check out.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single item or as many as you like — there are no minimums and no setup fees. Each piece is printed to order.
How long does delivery take in South Africa?
Most orders arrive within about 4–9 working days of payment clearing — roughly 2–5 working days to print your item and 2–4 working days for courier delivery. You'll get an email when your order is confirmed and again when it ships.
Do you ship anywhere in South Africa?
Yes — we courier to physical addresses across all nine provinces. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address, so you see the exact cost before you pay. We currently ship within South Africa only.
What garments can I customise?
Classic and heavyweight tees, hoodies, zip hoodies, crewneck sweatshirts, long-sleeve tees, kids' styles, and washed caps and bucket hats — all in a range of colours and sizes.
How good is the print quality, and will it last?
Designs are printed in high resolution on quality combed-cotton garments and checked before they ship. Washed inside out, cold, and hang-dried, your print will stay sharp for years. See our print quality and care page for the details.
Can I return an item?
Because every item is custom-made, we don't accept change-of-mind returns, but we'll replace or refund anything that arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and photos and we'll sort it out.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled securely by Paystack. You can pay by credit or debit card — your card details are entered on Paystack's secure page, not stored by us.
Can I use my own image?
Yes — upload your own artwork in the studio. Please only upload images you have the right to use; you're responsible for making sure your design doesn't infringe anyone else's copyright or trademarks.
